Touching The Lives of Children In Need
I have decided to use my artistic talents to rasie money for children in need.This is something that I've always had in my heart and feel that this is the right time to launch this dream. I will be partnering with various businesses and organizations to make this dream a reality. There are so many children who lack enriched lives due to financial strain of physical and mental disabilites as well as poverty and poor living conditions. I want to play my part, with your help, to use the platform that God has given me to touch the lives of as many children as I can. Please keep me in your prayers as I pursue what I believe will be an awesome cause.
June through August ,our band will be performing every Tuesday at Latitudes in Milford OH and every Weds at ADIS in Anderson. 10% of ALL bar sales and Latitudes on Tuesday between 10pm and 2am & 50% of all door sales at ADIS will be donated to charity. ALL tips at all locations will also be donated to charity. Please check back regularly to check out how much we've raised!(My goal is a billion:). Although early in development, here are some of the ways I plan on helping:
* Fundraising donations to exsisting organzations that help disabled and at risk children.
*Providing free musical instruments and art supplies to disabled and at risk children.
* Providing music and art lesson scholarships to disabled and at risk children

Some of you may know that my niece Savannah, who suffers from Cerebral Palsy, was the grateful recipient of a generous $5000 grant from Building Blocks for Kids last summer. The grant paid for a 3-week session of Intensive Suit Therapy.The therapy is still in trial phases with hospitals and therapy organizations and this means insurance companies will not pay for services.
Intensive Suit Therapy helps kids to gain control over their body thus allowing for more efficient use of the muscles. Savannah worked very hard and made some very good gains.Building Blocks for Kids is such a wonderful nonprofit foundation. We are honored to be a part of this fundraising effort to help Building Blocks for Kids helps others.If you can join us at the event that would be awesome!
